CII-ITC COMMENDS HINDUSTAN ZINC FOR CSR INITIATIVES - CII-ITC SUSTAINABILITY AWARDS 2014
The CSR of
Hindustan Zinc has done it once again. This time by winning “CII-ITC Sustainability Commendation-2014 is Corporate
Social Responsibility category”. The event was organized in New Delhi on 19th
December 2014. Shri Prakash Javadekar - Hon’ble Union Minister for
Environment and Forest was the Chief Guest and the award was presented by
Ms. Meenakshi Lekhi – Hon’ble Member of Parliament. Mr. Y.C. Deveshwar - Chairman,
ITC and Mr. Chandrajit Banerjeee - Director General, CII were also present
on the dais.
On behalf of
Hindustan Zinc, the Commendation was received by Ms. Sushma Sharma - Head CSR and
Ms. Monica Jain - Executive CSR.
